Eudaimonia Practice LLC ("the Company") operates Vibrant Healers, a holistic health coaching brand registered in Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The Company's website is www.vibranthealers.com ("the Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through Vibrant Healers and all other products and services operated by the Company. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

1.  PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The Company offers the following products and services: Digital Products (PDF guides, video protocols, and quick wellness resources); Sanar (an AI-powered coaching tool for blood glucose and HbA1c management, offered on a subscription basis); Vibrant Healers (a holistic health coaching program); Consultations (individual video sessions with one of our practitioners); and Supplement & Test Kit Orders (practitioner-grade products fulfilled by third-party suppliers).

2.  ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

3.  PAYMENTS

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment processors. We do not store your card details. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page. If a payment fails, access to your program or subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email.

4.  DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products include PDF guides, video protocols, and similar downloadable or streamable content. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own wellness purposes. You may not resell, share, or distribute our digital products in any form.

We offer a 30-day refund on digital products, unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page. To request a refund, contact us using the details in Section 13 within 30 days of purchase. Include your order details and we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Where a sales page states different refund terms, those terms apply to that specific offer.

5.  VIBRANT HEALERS

No refunds are offered on the Vibrant Healers program. This is a time and expertise-based engagement. Upon purchase, the Company commits dedicated time, personalised resources, and a structured program to you. Because this investment begins immediately, refunds are not available once the program commences.

You are responsible for active participation and follow-through. The Company reserves the right to terminate a client engagement without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or dishonest behaviour.

6.  SANAR

Sanar is an AI-powered tool built on the Company's methodology. It uses health metrics you provide to generate personalised wellness guidance. It is not a medical service. Sanar's outputs are a guide, not a guarantee. Always apply your own judgement and consult a healthcare professional before acting on any suggestion. Current pricing is available at the Website and is subject to change in accordance with the price change terms below.

You may cancel your Sanar subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has started. To cancel, contact us using the details in Section 13 or use your account settings in the Sanar platform.

We will give at least 30 days advance notice by email before any price increase. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before renewal at no charge.

Your use of Sanar involves sharing health metrics. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is stored, used, and deleted.

7.  CONSULTATIONS

Sessions are confirmed only upon full payment. A calendar invite and Zoom link will be sent to your email within 24 hours of booking.

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, and the session is forfeited. If you do not attend without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. A second reschedule is at our discretion. If the Company needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full reschedule or refund.

8.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content delivered through our services (including program materials, Sanar outputs, PDF guides, video protocols, and website content) is owned by the Company. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own wellness purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9.  SUPPLEMENT & TEST KIT ORDERS

When you purchase a supplement or test kit through Vibrant Healers, the product is fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier. The Company acts as the seller of record. Products are practitioner-grade supplements selected based on the Company's professional assessment. We do not hold inventory and your order ships directly from the supplier to your address. Shipping is managed directly by the supplier. Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be provided within 48 hours of purchase. We are not liable for adverse reactions to supplements. By purchasing, you confirm you have taken appropriate medical advice.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging. We will review and respond within 3 business days. We do not accept returns on opened supplements for hygiene reasons. Test kits are non-refundable. If your test kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.

10.  DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vibrant Healers is a health coaching and educational service operated by the Company. Our programs are not medical treatment, and the Company's practitioners and contractors are not licensed medical doctors or registered dietitians. These disclaimers apply to Vibrant Healers and all other products and services operated by the Company.

The Company does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Results vary by individual based on personal health history, consistency, and lifestyle. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of making dietary and lifestyle changes, and confirm you are doing so voluntarily. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, practitioners, contractors, coaches, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of Vibrant Healers and any other product or service operated by the Company, including decisions made based on coaching guidance or AI-generated outputs from Sanar.

11.  GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising under this Agreement is in the Singapore courts, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of, and irrevocably waive any objection to venue in courts for this purpose.

Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, including GDPR, CCPA, or applicable US federal law, those laws shall take precedence solely to the extent they conflict with this clause.

If a dispute arises, contact us first using the details in Section 13. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve it directly.

12.  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at the Website. For material changes affecting active subscriptions or programs, we will notify you by email with at least 14 days notice.
